When you wake up:Every morning, look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are worth it. Tell yourself that you are loved and that you love yourself. Life is too short to focus on the things people say, the bad things that happen, or anything else going on that is getting in your way of moving forward. Remember you are not the only one feeling this way, so include everyone in everything you possibly can. Brighten someone's day!
